This isn’t going to be great at screening senior developers from a skills standpoint. But still, not everyone puts in the low effort required to successfully apply, and that by itself is a marker of attitude.
As of now, this is particularly great at screening junior developers and filtering out the lazier less curious ones.
After all, this reduces the amount of profiles you get by 80%, it’s definitely doing something!
